Projects are an integral part of MakeWay.

Open two-way communication between Projects and the Support Team is essential. The Support Team can provide better governance and organizational support to a Project if they understand all aspects of the Project's development and activities. Projects should have regular check-in meetings with their Project Specialist, and include their Project Specialist in annual planning and budgeting sessions.

MakeWay believes that its success comes from working collaboratively, which includes careful consideration of the ideas and opinions of everyone in the organization. Project Directors, Steering Committee members, and Project employees are encouraged to contact MakeWay at any time with their questions or feedback.
