Landlords, funders, or venues may require Projects to provide proof of insurance, usually in the form of a Certificate of Insurance.

• For most requests, the Proof of Insurance Coverage document  will provide sufficient proof of insurance.
• For more complicated requests, e.g. requests for Additional Insureds or requests to fill out third-party forms, complete the Insurance Certificate Request. They will arrange for MakeWay's insurance broker to provide the necessary documentation. Allow a minimum turn-around time of 5 business days for these requests.
