Processing Employment Changes

Step 1: Submit the Changes to Terms of Employment Form

To request a change to an employee's term of employment, such as a change to salary, end date, or hours worked, complete the Changes to Terms of Employment Form and submit it to Human Resources.

Step 2: Review by MakeWay

The request will be reviewed to ensure the Project has sufficient funds to support the employment change. If the request is approved, Human Resources will send an updated terms of employment contract letter to the employee directly.

Projects should not inform employees of salary increases before MakeWay approves the request.
