Are there sustainable shared platform models out there that we can borrow from?

There are; however, they come with significant caveats. Tides Centre US for example has a $250K annual minimum revenue, a $2.5K annual minimum insurance contribution, and a requirement of one year’s confirmed funding plus one full-time employee in order to join. MakeWay could increase the sustainability of the shared platform by introducing some of these limitations; however, our model is based on lowering barriers to joining and operating within the charitable sector, which is why we have very few up front requirements for projects.
