We don’t currently track time by project, and sharing a breakdown of shared platform “ROI” by project with all other projects ultimately isn’t productive information. We are working towards a workflow management system for launch in 2022 that will provide more transparency into the number and type of requests by projects at MakeWay. This information won’t be applied to overhead (as mentioned above, the system doesn’t work on an a la carte charge basis). However, it will help us understand what supports are the most popular, which are the most time-consuming, and where we can automate processes to increase efficiency for both projects and support teams. If we can create efficiency in many of our administrative processes, our staff will have more time to provide supports like fundraising, strategic planning and evaluation.
