Actually, it’s the opposite. The shared platform represents 70%+ of financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable), 75%+ of HR transactions and 90%+ of proposals, contracts and reports. The majority of our operational staff support the shared platform, including 20+ roles providing direct support. If we had to, we could run MakeWay Foundation on excel, however the volume of donations, awards, payments and other transactions across the shared platform is the reason why we need systems like Salesforce to help us manage it.
