The MakeWay Senior Management Team is responsible for maintaining a financially sustainable shared platform, so will be the ultimate decision-makers in which model to choose. While we have crunched a LOT of numbers over the past couple of months, and have engaged substantially with Project Specialists, Finance Leads and Coordinators, we will not make a decision on an overhead model without project input. In particular, we apply your feedback on the values and principles we use to make the decision to some potential financial models to help us narrow-down/rule out some options.
