MakeWay is conducting a review of the shared platform overhead model for the first time since 2017.

This is due to the fact that the MakeWay shared platform is currently operating at an annual loss of $500,000 to $730,000. While MakeWay views the shared platform as an important investment in the charitable and therefore anticipates it will always operate at a loss, the current financial loss is too large of a gap for other areas of MakeWay to cover. As such, MakeWay is exploring many approaches to increased financial sustainability, including an overhead increase.

As this change impacts all projects, we want to make the decision in consultation with you. In order to facilitate your participation, we have created this screensteps manual. We will be continually updated the manual, so that it can remain your one shop-stop for all things overhead related.
