1. Registered lobbyist – if you are already registered in BC or federally.
2. New lobbyist – if you plan to lobby and need to register
3. Designated Reporter – if your project conducted lobbying activities in any other Canadian jurisdiction in the preceding calendar month or your project provided gifts to a BC public office holder in the preceding calendar month and you are the Designated Reporter of these activities/gifts.
4. Other – if you are a project director or delegate reporting staff members who conducted BC or federal lobbying for the first time.
